Probably the most generated tortoises from the world are almost certainly the sulcata tortoises of north central Africa. Sulcata tortoises are sometimes referred to as African spurred, African spur thigh, and just spurred tortoises. As recently as a number of many years ago sulcata tortoises were being exceptional in the United States, but they hav
